Scenario Lab

Launch missions with a chosen seed, difficulty, and family. Mission generators already encode faults via seed + difficulty — they are not reconfigured by free-form probability sliders.

Default is LOCAL_DEMO. Cloudflare staging is an operator-only arm. Admission is temporary and externally controlled — this UI cannot open it. Capability and sealed values are never shown here. CORS is not authentication. SIMULATED_SHARED_DESK only.

Default LOCAL_DEMO. Staging arm unpublished.

Never displayed: bearer capability, seed, nonce, sealed material, DO IDs, operator tokens. Full Gym remains Grok-hosted. This panel does not publish or enable admission. Trial B uses opaque evaluation IDs only in the URL.

What is actually wired

  • Seed and difficulty are passed into mission createInitialState (deterministic).
  • Mission family only picks which mission ID to launch (first match) or which IDs to store in a custom list.
  • Export/import persists those preferences and custom mission ID lists in localStorage.
  • Fault probability fields, decoy count, and action/retry budgets below are not applied by the engine. They are retained as notes only so the UI does not pretend to inject faults it cannot inject.
  • Cloudflare staging adapter supports an operator-selected joined Trial B path (shared_desk@1.0.0) when admission is externally open. Default remains LOCAL_DEMO. This UI cannot open admission. EXPERIMENTAL · SIMULATED_SHARED_DESK only.
